Numerology is a belief system that assigns numerical values to letters in the alphabet. Each letter is associated with a specific number, typically ranging from 1 to 9. The most common numerology system used in Western culture is the Pythagorean system, which assigns the following values to the letters:

A, J, S
B, K, T
C, L, U
D, M, V
E, N, W
F, O, X
G, P, Y
H, Q, Z
I, R
Using this system, you can calculate the numerical value of a word by adding up the values of its letters. For example, let's take the word "HELLO":

H (8) + E (5) + L (3) + L (3) + O (6) = 8 + 5 + 3 + 3 + 6 = 25

You would then reduce this sum to a single-digit number by adding the digits together:

2 + 5 = 7

So, according to numerology, the numerical value of the word "HELLO" is 7.
